We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and refunds.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.

Returnable Items

Non-Returnable Items

  • • Opened food or beverage items

  • • Items without original packaging

How to Return an Item

Contact Customer Service

Email support@eonetrading.com or call 020 446 8590 within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Get Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.

Pack Items Securely

Pack items in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include your RA number inside the package.

Ship or Drop Off

Ship the package to our returns address or drop it off at any E-One Trading location. We'll arrange pickup for defective items at no cost.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7-14 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • • Mobile Money: 1-3 business days
  • • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • • Cash on Delivery: Store credit or mobile money transfer

Return Shipping Costs

  • Free return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • Customer pays return shipping for change of mind or unwanted items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items returned without original packaging, with visible use, or past the 7-day return window (at our discretion).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:

  1. 1.Return the unwanted item following our return process
  2. 2.Place a new order for the item you want
  3. 3.Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item
