Please read these Terms carefully. They outline your rights, obligations, and the limits of our responsibilities. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of eonetrading.com, our mobile experiences, offline ordering channels, and any related services provided by E-One Trading Limited (“E-One Trading”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, browsing products, making a purchase, or otherwise interacting with the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you are acting on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity. Additional written agreements (for example, distribution or credit contracts) may supplement these Terms; where a conflict exists, the signed agreement prevails.
2. Key Definitions
In these Terms:
- •Account: The digital profile you create on our platform, including login credentials and profile data.
- •Customer: Any individual or business purchasing goods or services from E-One Trading.
- •Business Day: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed in the Republic of Ghana.
- •Products: The beverages, snacks, accessories, and related items available for purchase.
- •Services: All features, applications, logistics, and support we provide in connection with purchasing or managing Products.
3. Eligibility and Account Security
- •You must be at least 18 years old to register or purchase products. Certain products (such as alcoholic beverages) may require additional age verification prior to delivery or pick-up.
- •You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse credentials.
- •You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@eonetrading.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
- •Product listings display pricing in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
- •We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including limited stock, inaccuracies, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms. If payment has been taken, we will issue a refund through the original payment method.
- •Accepted payment methods include Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and approved account credit for qualifying partners. Payment is due at checkout unless a written credit agreement is in place.
5. Delivery and Acceptance
- •Delivery timeslots are estimates and may vary due to traffic, inventory availability, weather, or force majeure events. We will communicate any significant delays and offer alternatives where possible.
- •You (or your authorised representative) must be available to receive orders. Proof of identity or age may be requested at delivery. Delivery is deemed complete when goods are handed over at the confirmed address or collection point.
- •Inspect goods upon receipt. Notify us of visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies within 24 hours via your dashboard or our support channels.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Our Returns Policy complements consumer protection laws in Ghana. Certain perishable goods may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
- •Submit return requests within seven (7) days of delivery with supporting evidence (images, batch numbers). We may arrange inspection before approving an exchange or refund.
- •Refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days once goods are received and verified. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue originated from our error.
- •Products returned in non-resalable condition (opened, damaged, or missing packaging) may attract restocking fees or be rejected.
7. Promotions, Loyalty Rewards, and Communications
- •Promotional offers, coupon codes, and loyalty rewards are subject to the specific terms communicated with each campaign. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.
- •We may send service or marketing communications. You can manage marketing preferences within your account, through email unsubscribe links, or by contacting us. Service notifications (such as order updates) are necessary to fulfil our contract with you.
- •Loyalty balances expire if no qualifying purchase is made within twelve (12) months, unless otherwise stated in programme-specific terms.
8. Customer Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
- •Use the platform lawfully and only for legitimate business or personal purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with security features, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts.
- •Refrain from uploading harmful code, automating account creation, or reselling products outside approved partnership agreements.
- •Ensure compliance with applicable laws when reselling our products, including licensing, labelling, and health regulations.
9. Intellectual Property and Content Use
- •All trademarks, logos, product photography, copy, and design assets on the platform are owned by or licensed to E-One Trading. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
- •You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use any content or feedback you submit (such as reviews) for promotional or operational purposes, provided we credit you where reasonable.
10. Warranties, Liability, and Indemnity
- •Products carry the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers. We warrant that goods will match their descriptions and be fit for normal purpose at the point of delivery.
- •To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-One Trading shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order.
- •You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the services, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, access to services, or fulfilment of orders if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, fail to make payments when due, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.
Where appropriate, we will provide written notice before suspension or termination. You remain responsible for all outstanding amounts and liabilities that accrued prior to termination.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. We encourage informal resolution of disputes. Please contact our support team first so we can try to resolve the matter quickly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to mediation in Accra under the rules of the Ghana Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre. If mediation fails, the matter may proceed to the competent courts in Ghana, whose decision will be final and binding.
13. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our services, or business practices. When we make significant updates, we will change the “Last updated” date, post a notice on our website, and, where appropriate, notify you via email or dashboard alerts. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
